To reduce no-shows and ensure seamless service for all guests at our Portsmouth venue, the following policies apply:

• A £5 per person card authorization is required to secure your table reservation.
• This is a temporary hold, not a charge. No funds will be deducted unless your party fails to show up or cancels outside of our cancellation period.

- Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your booking for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time are non-refundable, and the card on file may be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. By providing your card details, you authorise us to charge the agreed amount in accordance with this cancellation policy.

For large bookings involving a set menu or buffet, a minimum of 7 days notice is required for cancellations. This is because food orders and staffing arrangements will have already been confirmed in preparation for your event. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable, and any applicable agreed charges may be applied to cover costs incurred.

• Kitchen Closing Time: Our kitchen closes daily at 21:00 (drinks and cocktails continue late into the evening).
